Patrick Barugahare is a distinguished Ugandan philanthropist who has significantly impacted his community through his charitable endeavors. His passion for giving back is rooted in his belief in sharing the benefits of his professional experience to uplift others.


Charitable Work and Contributions

Despite his demanding schedule, Patrick is deeply involved in charitable activities. He volunteers on multiple boards of civil society organizations and actively participates in community development initiatives.


Impactful Projects

Under Patrick’s guidance, several projects have significantly benefited rural communities in Uganda. These projects include:

  • Construction of School Buildings and Sanitation Facilities: Initiatives aimed at improving living conditions and educational environments in rural districts, enhancing the quality of life for residents.
  • Science Laboratory Block for Kyeibare Girls’ Secondary School: Patrick oversaw the completion and equipping of a new science laboratory at Kyeibare Girls’ Secondary School in Mitoma District. This facility benefits over 400 girls, enhancing their learning experiences and performance in science subjects.


Leadership and Mentorship

Patrick’s philanthropic efforts are complemented by his leadership and mentorship. He has recruited, trained, and mentored numerous young Ugandans, contributing to the development of various professional fields in Uganda.
